Josiane Fleming
Josiane Fleming was born in Lausanne, Switzerland and raised in Montreux. She is fluent in French, English and German and is one of the few International Real Estate Brokers working out of the Hamptons with clients, properties, and affiliations throughout Europe and the United States.
After studying Business Administration in Lausanne, and Finance at New York University, she attended the Management and Credit Training Program of Manufacturers Hanover Trust, where she became an account officer in the International Division. In 1985, she relocated to Zurich to open and manage the representative office, overseeing relationships with all the Swiss banks. In 1990, she moved to the Chase Manhattan Bank in Zurich as Managing Director. She was responsible for promoting the services of Chase to Swiss and foreign banks located in Switzerland, as well as functioning as relationship manager for the Swiss banks worldwide. Josiane has traveled extensively for business and pleasure and is familiar with the economies and customs around the world.
In 2001, she moved to East Hampton and began her Real Estate career with Allan Schneider and Associates. By the time Corcoran took over the firm in 2006, Josiane was a top producer and became a member of the Corcoran Multi-Million Dollar Club.
In 2005, Josiane partnered with Robin Kaplan forming HamptonsProperties.net (an affiliate of Prudential Douglas Elliman Real Estate). The affiliation provides the very best expertise in International and Luxury Real Estate. By integrating their diverse backgrounds and talents they afford clients and customers an ideal alliance, able to address all aspects of any real estate transaction.
Josiane is a member of LIBOR, NYSAR, NAR, FIABCI (the International Real Estate Federation) and The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing. She is a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), a Resort and Second-home Property Specialist (RSPS), a Transnational Referral Certified Broker (TRC), an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), EcoBroker Certified
and a Senior Vice President at Prudential Douglas Elliman in East Hampton.
